Positive: The property was big with lush green trees and plantations of various kinds. But apart from everything, the warmth of Homestay owners to make us comfortable was something amazing and worth mentioning. The way they welcomed us at too early morning,and arranged everything was superb and breakfast home cooked was delicious delightfully tasty One must stay here to experience the warmth

Positive: I only stayed here for one night, as I was continuing my journey. I was arriving in the evening and was picked up from the airport. I cannot say much about the location as I didn't have time to explore the neighbourhood. But it was a very quiet location and surrounded by a lovely garden. It was a very warm welcome and the rooms are spacious and had everything I needed. They put together a very lovely little basket of all kinds of toiletries. The space is very clean and cosy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I very much enjoyed my conversations with John. It was the perfect place for me to begin my Kerala adventure. Totally recommend to stay there.

Positive: More than the property, it was the hosts which made all the difference. We were made so comfortable, offered such a great hospitality and treated with such pure and local delicacies that left us overwhelmed. I can promise the future guests that you will certainly become family friends just as we have. It was hospitality beyond our expectations. The property of course is a “Homestay” away from home.
Negative: We loved every bit of the property and enjoyed our stay to our complete satisfaction.
Summary: We were completely overwhelmed by the cordial, genuine, family like treatment that we are planning next visit very soon.

Positive: John is just the nicest and most welcoming host ever! Even though I could only spend one night here I had such a good experience. The service you’ll receive here won’t feel like service - it will feel like coming home. John picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night and next morning he made me a delicious, full organic and vegan breakfast. I wish I could stay longer.

Positive: Hosts were kind and helpful throughout and went beyond the usual to ensure I was well taken care of in terms of meals, travel arrangements, and medicine (because I was feeling rundown). White Butterfly is surrounded by a garden full of fruit trees and edible plants, indoors the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean.

Positive: Friendly welcome from John and his son Johnathan. They were super helpful in happing me with lift to the mobile phone shop in neighbouring tow. And I paid for the airport transfer by John which was a nice touch. The property is really nice with a good size room and en suite bathroom.
Negative: Nothing not to like about the place. Other then the village is a little remote unless you have wheels. The city is about 30 mins from the city by car and 25 mins from Valkara Beach by train, the train station is a short walk around the corner. Johnathan was helpful with lifts when needed.

Positive: My host was exceptional and very helpful. She took me for a walk around the neighbourhood and that was the highlight of my whole Kerala visit. The property had lots of trees. I loved that.
